Know your limits based on any injuries, surgeries or other conditions you are aware of. Know what your body must not do to stay safe.

Beginner level - low impact cardio, no hopping or jumping or floor work, along with low or body weight strength training
Intermediate level - Full body workout, hopping, jumping and floor. Modifications are always included
Each full-body workout is 20-30 minutes in length
