In fact, if someone had told me ten years ago I'd be interested in weight loss, exercise, positive psychology and healthy living, I would have laughed in their face!
I mean, I was the gal who walked into Whole Foods ten years ago and thought the store sucked because they were too expensive. I was the gal who would fly by ear and do what was convenient for everyone.
So what the heck happened to turn my stress into success? I’d love to say I had a moment of clarity and decided to treat my body and mind like a temple, but that would be a total lie. The truth is I got so sick and tired of being sick and tired, 7 days out of a month I would spend in bed sick. On top of that, a horrible self-bulling was going on. At some point with the help of my dear husband, I started looking for natural ways to heal my body. I was gradualy changing my junky habits.
